camp day 2- beach
the sun shone bright. a grateful sensation of cool water against me, helped my pink tinged skin from hurting as much as it was going to later. the salty water stung my eyes as i clumsily splashed towards my partner, a yellow tube strapped to my sore shoulders. suddenly a wave crashed against me sending me falling into a muffled world then dragging me across to the side. surprised by this sudden set back i gasped for air before tearing back towards my buddy. fumbling with the gold clasp we finally managed to continue with the next step. ouch! tripping against the rope i lay sprawled across the sand before chasing my partner back to dry sand. puffed i hesitated before getting back into the water. oh well at least it was her turn to save me now.
